Beginners Meditation:

Offering a structured weekly opportunity to “learn” how to meditate in order to be able to calm yourself down in any situation—putting meditation into practical practice. Learn techniques to calm your mind and body so you can get a proper night’s rest, improve focus at work, and relieve stress. Build a strong foundation in mindfulness, breath awareness, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. By week six you’ll have: better breath control; improved focus; better emotional balance; a quieter inner world; and a meditation style that fits naturally.
NOTES: Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes, a mat/pillow to possibly sit on, water bottle, and a journal and pen.
