Grief & Loss From Suicide Support Groups

If you’ve experienced the loss of a loved one—whether through suicide or other circumstances—Bay Center is here to provide support, understanding, and acceptance as you navigate the grieving process.

Please join Bay Center for support, understanding and acceptance through the grieving process.

Under the guidance of skilled facilitators, groups will allow participants to explore, within a “trusting, nurturing and confidential environment,” their reactions to loss, learn about the grieving process, develop strategies for coping and begin to integrate this change into their lives in order to move forward. Our groups are facilitated by licensed professionals, clergy members, or trained facilitators.

The program utilizes the book, Understanding Your Grief, Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart. There is no fee for participation in this program, however donations are welcome.

Our support groups meet one hour every week for 12 weeks to complete a series. There are two Loss From Suicide Support Groups Series throughout the year: Spring & Fall, and there are five Grief Support Groups Series throughout the year: Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall, & Holidays.

The Grief Support Groups are generously supported by the Robert B. Lantz Foundation.
