Facing the impending loss of someone you love can be emotionally overwhelming, even when you know it’s coming. Expected Loss is a supportive program designed to help individuals and families navigate the complex mix of emotions—grief, fear, hope, uncertainty, and love—that arise before a loss occurs.
In this guided space, participants explore what it means to prepare for a loved one’s transition:
understanding anticipatory grief
recognizing emotional, spiritual, and practical needs
finding steadiness in a time of uncertainty
learning how to stay connected with your loved one with presence and compassion
identifying personal supports and healthy coping practices
sharing with others who are walking a similar path
This program offers gentle guidance, reflection, and community for those who want to face expected loss with greater clarity, resilience, and peace. Whether the loss is weeks, months, or years away, you’ll find tools and companionship to help you navigate this tender season with intention and care.
